  Ok so not many people would admit doing this procedure but I sure will! I explained to RED that it was my first time, I'm nervous, I don't know what to expect and all the other million questions I asked and drove her crazy with lol..Her bedside manner was amazing she made me feel very comfortable during the whole process! I always had trouble with bowel movements and either end up getting extremely bloated or end up constipated for more than 5 days and that would just not be healthy for anyone... BUT doing this procedure I felt a 1000 times lighter once I left the office. It was a very new and great experience and if you want to start living a healthy lifestyle Colon cleansing in this office is the way to go! Red also recommended to watch a Netflix documentary (which was not boring at all) that is a REAL eye opener called WHAT THE HEALTH and it definitely made my jaw drop with all the great information given Thanks Red for a wonderful experience And also felt very welcomed immediately as i walked into the office by the girl that sits at the desk i totally forgot your name but just want you to know that you are awesome as well Thanks ladies and hope this review was helpful for anyone else interested in doing the procedure DO NOT BE AFRAID no pain no discomfort just straight chill!
