  I went to collect my cleaning and they had given it to someone else. I had to return the next day to get my items. I got no discount or apology for the inconvenience. Plenty of other dry cleaners around. Lost my business due to poor customer service.

  We have used Colleyvine Cleaners for a number of years. We have generally received good results although there are often problems. When items are to be cleaned and we identify a stain and stain source, the garment generally is returned with a note indicating the stain could not be removed. Our complete cessation of business with this cleaners happened this past April. We brought a leather jacket for cleaning while there was still time to wear the jacket in TX. We were advised the jacket would be back in a few days. We returned for the jacket to be told that leather articles were not actually sent out and would be back the following week. When we returned again, we were told that the cycle was now two weeks rather than one. Quite unhappy with this service, we asked that our inconvenience be considered when we did finally pick up the garment. We were advised the Manager was unlikely to make an adjustment and when we finally spoke with the manager (after several attempts), he responded as his staff predicted. Of course, the stain was still there and the leather is now brittle, not soft as it had been Evidently, this team does not value long-term customers, is uninterested in basic levels of customer service and unable to maintain fundamental business ethics. My recommendation is to find a provider you can trust.

  Expensive but worth the price. The staff is friendly and helpful.
