::Friendly staff. The Nurses, Doctors, and Carolyn (or Caroline) the social worker was the best. She was very intentional, encouraging and positive with me and my loved ones. I was very scared to be there but the staff was caring and genuine. I feel bad not everyone had this experience based on reviews but from my recent and personal experience, I was well taken care of.

::Terrible experience just like prison I was kept there and conserved with out my permission I thank god & my sister for getting me out of there. They also lost all my personal information from my purse & my clothes were stolen from College Hospital in Cerritos. They also did a change of address on me Thank Goodness my payments from workers compensation were sent to my sisters house in El Monte. Not to mention they kept me there for 6 mos way to long

::My experience in this college hospital Costa Mesa was very very excellent. You will be so lucky when u will be admitted here , don’t believe the bad reviews , it’s not true. The nurses the caregivers in all departments and as well as the adolescents unit ward. are all very nice , very helpful, very professional, they always reach out what ever u need. You can always come in and out in there lobby , the foods are so good , the rooms are so nice and clean, there nurses and doctors are so professional. I would very much want to stay and come back here.

::3 1/2 stars. I got to a meeting here and the facilities are outdated but fine. They refreshed the carpets which is the reason for the extra 1/2 star. U have to go upstairs to use the restroom. Nothing big unless ur in a hurry or cold ;) lol. I’ve never had to use the medical facilities but people seem attentive and helpful.
