  They are rude, unprofessional and the place is not clean. Update: yes I BOUGHT a wig without a return policy but that does not change the fact that the place was dirty & unprofessional. The cashier who rang me up, stated I could return it. Check the people who work for you & maybe the customer service will be better!

  I came to have eyelash extensions installed, as my regular eyelash technician was away on holiday. Her spa was clean and nicely decorated, but her skill level is lacking. I've had lash extensions applied for the past 2 years, and have never had such a poor application. Each lash should be applied as close to the lash line as possible, majority of the lashes were applied far from the lash line, and in different directions. It took her a lot longer than it usually does to install the same lashes that I usually get because she kept removing what she installed. Removing lashes that have been applied can be a long and irritating process, so it's important to have them installed by an experienced person to avoid possible removal. I hate giving negative reviews, even if I receive poor service, but I want to save someone else their time and money. .

  Finally, a beauty supply and spa in my neighborhood and the owners look like me! Ms. Nadine and her establishment are educated, verse in the needs of its clients, cordial and friendly. Not to mention she is timely and her prices are great! . I have had facials, lashes and my favorite permanent makeup! You wont regret your experience with her!

  Hi normally I do not do review but this time I have to the experience was the best I have a get from facial on those type of work so I have to say that I gave her 100%

  I have been a customer of Coles Angelic for my lashes for over a year now. Miss Nadines is a real, honest and hardworking professional. As most of are, she provides excellent service at great prices. She takes her time in an enjoyable, peaceful atmosphere even in the midst of her remodeling to become even more accommodating. I would highly recommend Coles for your eyelash extensions.
