  The owner is awesome and cares about your progress. The gym is quiet and has all the equipment you could need, including cycle and yoga rooms. Never have to wait for cardio equipment.

  I love this gym. They have two floors of equipment, one of machines, and another of free weights. Additionally, they offer daily classes, and the gym is never too crowded. It really feels like a personal gym with all the equipment of a massive gym. I would recommend this gym over any others in the area.

  No one, but no one, can get you in better shape than Frankie Cole at Cole Fusion Fitness. I have trained at many other fitness centers, with many other trainers. One look at frank and you know he lives his passion, not on his sleeve, but on his body. Thank you Frank. Great vibe here.
