  Loved it i saw a darkened cone and the guys were not sure to sell it and brandon kept asking are you sure you want that one he was such a sweetheart he was very polite and nice i always loved going there will go back again thanks for this come it was the best

  Ice cream is good, but service is lacking and they are always out of toppings. There can be a line to the door and 3 people working, but only one of them is actually serving ice cream.

  I rarely complain about customer service. Almost never, really. I’ve grown up coming to this Cold Stone Creamery every once and a while and have looked forward to it as a treat every time, because let’s face it, this stuff is expensive. However, this time the dude serving me made the barest effort to mix the ice cream — worse, the ice cream was half melted by the time I received it at the cash register. I understand creamy; this was milkshake texture and I didn’t ask for a milkshake. I paid $10 for a large and left extremely disappointed with barely any time to enjoy my purchase. Not sure whether I’ll be returning to this establishment from here on.

  It is a great place to get ice cream. BUT since there is new management and so far there is improvements but lack of items. Workers are on top of each other there is a second cold slab not being used. I hope corporate can hire a GOAT like me so the store can be in better shape. Other then that this store should hire more GOATS like " BILLY GOATS GRUFF" they worked together to get the job done to defeat the troll. trolololollool. AKEKEKEKEKE.
