  I mean the ice cream is amazing if you don’t mind the price. Also - please order from the menu rather than take 10 minutes to custom order vanilla with chocolate chips.

  The Cookies and creamery cake i bought was just delicious and melted in my mouth. This is why i gave them 5 stars.

  A week ago, I have submitted the order for a birthday cake at Cold Stone Stamford. The day when i was there to pick up the cake, i learned that they just started preparing the cake and its not ready for pick up. The birthday celebration was about to start in 1hr but the men at the counter didn't acknowledging his fault instead just attending other customers and least care about the birthday cake... Then i waited their for 15-20 min but the cake was not ready ... After little back and forth, he was ready to deliver the cake at the party place. After 1 hr 30 min, he delivered the cake at the party place and everyone was waiting for the cake .... experience with cold stone, Stamford was terrible!! but the happy that guest liked the cake (i gave 3 stars for that but in service wise they are in negative)

  I took home my ice cream and while I was eating I felt a sharp piece in my mouth. A small clear plastic thing from my ice cream. I have gone to this place before and it never happened but now I’m worried if it’ll happen again :/
