  I came in the morning, about 7:15 AM, and when I walked in I said good morning and the woman at the register just stared at me. I said "how are you?" and again she did not respond, so I was already feeling uncomfortable. I came in this particular day because it was teacher appreciation day and the Einstein Bros website said I could get 20% off. I asked about this and she brought out what seemed to be the manager. The manager essentially said, rudely, that she hadn't heard about that promotion so too bad. I showed her the website where it said it and my teacher badge and she just shrugged and said she wouldn't do it. She was very rude and dismissive throughout the whole interaction and was completely unwilling to help even though I was the only one in the restaurant. I have gone to a few other restaurants this week for teacher appreciation deals and they have been so kind, going above and beyond to show appreciation, but these two women were smug and unkind. I will not be returning to any Einstein Bros locations.

  I went there on a snowy day, the place was closed. I was very disappointed. I went there one more time, ordered some caribou coolers they missed my snickers topping on a turtle mocha. Super disappointed. At other locations they have always done a nice job for me.

  I really love the farm sandwich. The bagel, egg, and bacon go right to home food that fills you up. There are more healthy options, but sometimes you want the grease and yolk running down your fingers. The coffee is decent, but far from the best in town.

  I just had to leave having breakfast with my kids to go back to ask for the staff at your location to give me the rancher sandwich and jalapeño bagel I had paid for. I was asked by the girl that was at the register if I had a receipt which I did not because I threw it away when I was getting my coffee. She then asked me for my name so she could look up the order. She got me what I ordered but didn’t receive. As she handed it to me she told me “next time we are going to need a receipt to do that”. I looked at her for a second and choose to walk away. I was pretty furious because first, there was no apology for the lack of service. Second, there shouldn’t be a next time! This was not my error, this was your staffs error! Ugh I’m pretty disappointed and am now happy to go out of my way to a further location to pick up my bagels every Saturday morning.

  I go here about twice to four times a week. Everyone here is super friendly and loves to joke around after getting to know me. Near a lot of hotels so you get a mix of people coming in and out. Want to just escape and have a coffee this is a cool place
