  I would give half a star if i could, they prepare taxes off of the existing year and never asked my husband if he had any changes...long story short his taxes were audited due to the inconsistency with what they produced to the IRS and what the IRS was looking at. Here it is May 2018 and we still have to wait until June2018 to get a RESPONSE from the IRS not a check and we have been left hanging by c.o.d. and now have to deal with the government on our own due to this horrible services provided by this company don't cut corners or be cheap go to a original company that will provide help from beginning to end. This company is horrible!

  Bad business communication is horrible i have now been waiting 24hrs for my money that is here due to the owner having a business meeting out of town he couldve printed money off or authorize someone else in the office to handle that here it is 11am and my lights are off and i still cant pick up my money just down right bad business this will be my first and last time filing with them i have never experience this problem ever
