  Its hard to find parking and location is hard. I give it a 4 bc last time, my skin nearly ripped with red marks all over and was in pain to recover for a week. Something didn't feel right. The person was very sweet and nice but perhaps lack of experience. I didn't realize how bad it was until I got home. I never had this experience this bf. Other 2 times was great.

  I came here after purchasing a Groupon for brazilian wax, which I believe is only good at this location (correct me if I'm wrong). It was cheap-ish and the location is convenient near Union Square (hence, near a lot of transit options). I booked an appointment with Micaela. Needless to say, I was a bit nervous since it was my first time and I expected it to hurt... a lot. But Micaela was such a doll. She explained it well in the beginning so I knew what to expect, and she was chatting almost the whole time which was as good a distraction as any. It went by pretty quickly and not as painfully as I expected, so great experience overall and I'm sure I'll be back soon :)

  First visited for waxing today. Sasha is very friendly , fast and no pain.
