  My mom passed on and this was my first experience dealing with death in any way. I was met with nothing but warmth understanding and compassion. The entire staff was awesome. The level of patience and flexibility was superb. They took what was a terrible time in my life ( losing mom) and made a wonderful memory of her final chapter. They were there with me every step of the way. I'm so thankful. I absolutely recommend Cobb's funeral.

  I am very unhappy with Cobb's Funeral Home located @ 9808 Astoria Blvd., East Elmhurst, NY. I think that they lack professionalism as to how they follow up with families of their decease. I buried my mother and sister through Cobb's a number of years ago. I did not have a problem until 2015 when I needed a deed for the burial plots. The cemetery informed me that they do not issue copies or new deeds as the deeds were sent to the funeral home via registered mail. I contacted the funeral home on numerous occasions and spoke to the manager/funeral director and was promised that they would research their files and get back to me. They have not, and to this day I do not have any deeds or an answer. These deeds are very important documents. Therefore , If you have used Cobb's Funeral Home and do not have your love ones deed, you may need to contact them sooner or later.

  My family utilized Cobb's Funeral Parlor for my young Cousin, Grand mother, Uncle and finally my mother. They were kind and compassionate during those difficult times.

  I HATE THIS PLACE!!!! MY GRANDMOTHER LOOKED AS IF SHE WAS MELTING!!! HER HAIR WAS NOT PROPERLY COMBED AND TO TOP IT OFF THEY MISPELLED HER NAME!!!!! I'M UPSET AND WANT PEOPLE TO KNOW NOT TO USE THEM IF YOU WANT YOUR LOVED ONE TO REST IN PEACE.
