  ABSOLUTELY AWFUL FOR A 1ST TIME EXPERIENCE & 1ST IMPRESSIONS IS WHAT MATTERS MOST. STOPPED BY AFTER DROPPING MY SON OFF TO SCHOOL; EXCITED IN ALL TO START MY APARTMENT SEARCH, THE LADY AT THE FRONT DESK, DIDN'T EVEN GET NAME, BUT SHE WAS SO RUDE. SHE DIDN'T EVEN TAKE THE TIME TO ACKNOWLEDGE ME IN HER PRESENCE, NO EYE CONTACT & NO CONCERN. SHE JUST KEPT GOING THROUGH WHATEVER PAPERS SHE WAS READING ON HER DESK. I CAN'T BELEIVE I EVEN TOOK THE TIME TO STOP HERE. P.S. DON'T EVEN BOTHER REPLYING BACK WITH THAT SORRY ASS AUTOMATIC RESPONSE. IF YOU CARED SO MUCH & WANTED PEOPLE TO RENT OUT THE APARTMENTS, THE RESPONSE WOULD BE MORE REALISTIC & LESS AUTOMATED & YOU WOULD REACH OUT TO ONE PERSONALLY.

  Horrible! Marcella the Manager is very disrespectful to the residents. She has no class, people skills nor customer service skills. She should not be allowed to work with the public. They made fraudulent charges on my ledger and did not return my $500.00 deposit. A full investigation of this community and its office staff needs to take place!!! Please do not rent from Cobblestone Corners!
