  Before i begin, i would like to said thank you to Dr. Duong & Dr. Phan who had put so much work , and delicately , Perfection, to my bad damage teeth. The anxiety of going to the dentist is real for me, After 10+ years of putting off the dentist due to embarrassment and fear, i finally found the BEST DENISTY in Orange County, Dr. Duong & Dr. Phan and his crew are extremely professional, kind, hard working and understanding. The procedure was seemingly painless and the recovery process has also been painless. If you are someone who is afraid or hesitant to get dental work done this is the place for you. I cannot thanks the team at Coastal dental Group enough for fixing my biggest insecurity and doing it with kindness and care. I am so Grateful Beyond words can describe Peace begin with a smile ,it is the universal language of kindness, Life is short. Smile while you still have teeth :) ❤️ ♥️ 😃

  This is a great place to go take care of your teeth. Dr. Derek Duong is highly knowledgeable, patient and gentle. He listens to your concerns. The team was very professional examining and providing with solutions by priority. I almost destroyed my tooth from other Dentist suggested me to have a root canal to one of my tooth that has a small cavity.( with is unnecessary and unethical). I’m glad went to Dr. Duong, he saved my tooth and explained very well what was going on. I end up just have to patch up the filling. I like his work bc he doesn’t try to fix what is not broken. The staffs Susan and Judy are also courteous and very helpful. I would recommend Costal Dental group, Dr Duong is a great dentist!!!

  WOW WOW WOW WOW!! Now, I didn't want to write a review, because I wanted to see how my teeth and the entire experience would turn out, but I'm COMPLETELY amazed by his work!! :D SO HAPPY I came across him on yelp-- so happy :) I never wanted to smile and was ALWAYS in tooth pain!! Well, I guess that's what happens when I don't see a dentist in YEARS! But this amazing doctor not only straightened my super embarrassing crooked teeth, but he also took care of the overall health of my teeth!! I was VERY relieved, because my tooth health was REALLY bad! SOOOOOOOOO GLAD he was able to see me right away :D I gave him a call, and he set my appointment the following week-- like wow wow! :) and let me tell you, he was very friendly-- just so easy to speak to :) it made me feel really good and confident about my appointment :D Dr. Derek told me I had 3 cavities, MAJOR swollen gums, and of course the SUPER obvious -- my embarrassing crooked teeth! Oh, and not ever having my teeth cleaned professionally for YEEEEEEEARS was really bad too!! Yeah-- it wasn't good!! But I felt REALLY good in Dr. Derek's hands and spent a year under his AMAZING care!! And I'm soooooooo HAPPY I did -- because now, my teeth are beauuuuuuutiful!! :D I want to smile all day and ALL NIGHT!! I probably smile when I'm sleeping!! Because now, guess what :) I have NO CAVITIES :D , my gums are SUPER HEALTHY looking and they don't bleed anymore :D No more bloody gums for meeeeeee :D YAY! My teeth are AMAZINGLY straight!! I keep looking at my teeth, because I can't believe how STRAIGHT they look!! I actually don't fear going to see the dentist anymore, especially now that it's Dr. Derek. I'm maintaining my beautiful teeth now, by going to regular cleanings 2x a year. Right away, I felt super confident under his care, because you can just tell he's INCREDIBLY smart, and super knowledgeable when it comes to everything dental :) You can really tell he cares about building a trusting relationship with you, and he will patiently guide you to make sure your teeth look PHENOMENAL. I'm in love with my teeth! :D I feel confident to do a tooth commercial! Haha :D So, I'm always flossing my teeth now and brushing them 2-3x a day, because I want my teeth to stay like this forever!! :) I'd go visit him, because you walk into the office, and the entire staff is SOOOOOOO professional and welcoming -- they just make you smile right away! The office also has the technology state of the art equipment :D I can't express enough how Dr. Derek has made me a VERY VEEEEEEEERY HAPPY GIRL :) Dr. Derek EXUDES passion for making the most beautiful smiles ever!! I highly HIGHLY recommend Dr. Derek if you want a smile that everyone compliments you on, because I have received soooooooo many compliments about my teeth!! It's incredible how my life has changed and improved with Dr. Derek! I couldn't be more grateful. Side Note : if anybody wants to use me in a tooth commercial, I'm readyyyyyyy :D

  I've had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Duong and his staff - very pleasant and professional. They put the patient's care first, going above and beyond with excellent service. Dr. Duong really seems to have a passion to help patients in need of dental care. He has masterfully perfected his skill.
