Horrible place that doesn't care when you come in, they will start helping people that came in after you before they help you. They don't apologize when they're wrong. Edit: first of all your apology means nothing since it's b.s. the incident was awful but not as bad as what happened the other day. I went in to get a Mani and pedi on monday presidents Day. I've had then done by this place many time on Mon to Wed. They are 22 dollars. This lady tried charging me 32 dollars saying it is a holiday so the prices are more. First of all I didn't even get polish all they did was cut and file my nails, so to charge any extra is rude. Second of all raising prices because "it's a holiday" as she put it is so illegal. I'm glad I'm smart enough to know that and say something. They are super duper shady over charging people all the time and illegally doing it. I feel bad for anyone else who did their nails that day because they definitely got over charged.

I am a man and have little experience getting my nails done. The staff at Coach were quick to take advantage of my lack of knowledge, and kept offering me more expensive services without telling me the price. I ended up paying over $150. The experience was not nearly worth what I paid. Don't go here.

Every time I go I leave feeling amazing! Friendly owner and staff. Olivia gives the best pedicure and foot massage-truly destresses!!! I walked out of there rejuvenated yesterday!

Love this place awesome staff, love my nail and toes. Only complaint is if they ask you for additional services and you say politely no thank you. They don't take no for an answer. I don't like to feel pressured into a service that I don't want nor need.

Last minute decision on my part, I did make an appointment, but only an hour in advance. The salon was very busy, but I wasn't rushed at all, the other patrons were all relaxed and friendly to one another and staff, and upon learning I've just moved to the area from North Salem, everyone, owner and patrons alike were so kind and welcoming and proudly giving me local suggestions! I already feel like a local here, AND my hands and feet look and feel great! See you soon!
