  I love Coach the sales associates are very helpful and the location is very accessible by train and within walking distance in downtown Boston.

  Excellent service! Have been in many Coach stores as well as other brands and this was by far my most pleasant experience. Can't say enough about Willie, he really went above and beyond to make our shopping enjoyable, he is the reason we ended up making a purchase. At a time when true service is rare, Willie shines. We made a small purchase yet he made us feel important and went above and beyond. In the future I will return to this location, even though I live out of state, and hope Willie is there!

  Very Expensive!! This is their regular store. Instead, try to find Coach Outlet Stores, with much better prices. For example, a Coach men's Backpack cost $595 at regular store. I found the same Backpack at Coach Outlet Store for only $179 minus 20% for purchases over $200 !! There is a Coach Outlet Store 40 minutes from Downtown Boston. In addition, I visit Coach Outlet Stores San Juan, Puerto Rico, Ellenton and Ft. Myers in Florida.

  Products here are very expensive but you get what you pay for. The quality is very good and they last for years if taken care of.
