  First time staying in a Club Quarters and I was very impressed. The room was clean and up to date. The TV even had Chromecast built-in, although I didn't have time to watch anything during my stay. I really like their system of having extra bars of soap and toothpaste and stuff in a closet on each floor so that you don't have to go all the way down to the front desk if you need something. Maybe that's typical in big-city hotels, but it was a first for me. Front desk staff were very helpful and the lounge was a nice place to hang out or get some work done.

  Hotel staff were very nice and gave us free upgrades to our room because we were unable to early check-in, something that we didn't think we'd be able to do anyway. Also the check-in and check-out process was automated and very fast and easy. There was even a business center with free coffee water and printing which was a great addition. I only complaint was the room itself. The bed was very springy and hard, and the shower curtain cause a lot of Puddles after a shower.

  The employees where really friendly, the room was spacious and those pillows, damn they were comfortable. I really liked my stay, however there was an emergency in the middle of the night, we were never given explanation about what happened and even though we were sent back to our room, the alert message was started again 10-15 minutes later... So it wasn't a great night sleep.

  Great location. Walking distance to Boston common and Subway stations. Small but decent hotel rooms. They have free purified water in the hallway on my floor (5th but I guess that should be the case on every floor) which is great! The least thing I want is tap water from the hotel room so I love this feature. Front desk people also very nice. I asked for an extra comforter and they delivered it. Great place given its affordable price.

  If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... Great shall hotel right in the heart of downtown Boston. Very clean modern rooms. They are a little small but very comfortable and clean. Filtered could water provided on each floor. Coffee and cappuccino are offered in the lobby. Was very satisfied with this hotel. Will stay again.
