::Great studio! very good classes, the instructors are super friendly and know their stuff! It's super conveniently located at Alliance area, and 2 mins from my home. I go at night after work, so it's nice they have late classes, maybe add one more? Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to workout, relax and do something GREAT for their bodies.

::This is a fantastic studio. Everyone is very welcoming and willing to teach you the right moves to get your workout in correctly. I immediately joined after my trial class for the unlimited classes. I have enjoyed every workout and every instructor. They keep you engaged and motivated and time flies you by!! ::This studio is great! I have been coming 4-5 days each week over the last couple of months and love it. All the instructors I've had have taken the time to get to know each client and adapt activities to the level needed, regardless if it's a beginner class or a higher level. They make a point to know each person's name and ask if there are any injuries or problem areas. I had been searching for a Pilates studio that was close to home for the last year, and I am so glad they opened this one!
