::Second time here after like a year or two (the first time was a great experience but apparently there are new owners now). Walked in and the guy said hello to us. Then I was insulted as the guy asked me if I wanted my hair done....in a nail salon? I have freeform locs and I should of walked out right then and there for being disrespected. But anyways after he and everyone else got done laughing I told him what I wanted. The nail experience itself was okay even though I was not pleased with how the nails were different lengths after I told him on my manicure so after I went home I had to go home and fix it. During this experience there was also one of the nail techs baby in there and he was crying and whining for a good portion because apparently we came in during his nap time. I came here because it's close and because the place down the street works with their baby in there too - which is not relaxing since some of us come to get away and relax not hear crying babies and be joked about. The paint job lasted about 2-3 days. I wont be back. I always bring one of my nieces in everytime so I usually spend $50+ dollars. Id rather travel a little further out to the one by the mall where they pay attention to detail, the paint last 3 weeks beautifully and Im treated with respect.

::*** this is my update 1/09/18. I due to running out of time one day before xmas, I opted for convenience and went back. The woman who always did me before was not there, thankfully. I've been back probably 4 times and quite pleased with them! (From 10/2017) After the new owners took over I gave them 3 tries to get my SNS nails and pedi. Pedi is fine, standard and no complaints. SNS was a disaster every time. I had them fix the first time when one of the nails cracked the next day. 2nd time I was going on vacation and wanted something sparkly, they looked great at first, but by the end of the week when my nail grew out a teeny bit everything started getting caught, like hair and threads, at the nail bed. Its like they aren't sealed at the cuticle. I've never had that as long as I've had SNS done. (The previous owner was fabulous). On the flight home from a 10 day vacation the nail color was so separated they started popping off. I gave them 1 last shot since they are so close to home. Same experience, and I've never returned.

::Tried this place out a few times. I have naturally long nails and the new owner keeps chopping them down even if I say not to touch the length. She doesn’t care. I made the mistake of letting her wax my eyebrows too (once) and that was a right mess. I have thick eyebrows and she made them pencil thin even though I asked her to ONLY CLEAN UP. Don’t shape them. She didn’t care. Seems like if you have something beautiful you take care of she is envious and will destroy it to please herself. Narcissistic behavior. Never ever ever ever going back. Ever.

::Chose this place because of how close it is to my home and I'm glad I did!! The customer service is impeccable!! I chose the Nu Pedicure. The prices here are pretty reasonable for what all the services entail. My nail tech, Sachel, did an amazing job and was very personable. I will definitely be coming back in the near future!!
