::They refused to accept my United Club card, wouldn't allow me the time to look through the United app to see if there was a card image that matched exactly what they were looking for, yelled at me accused me of lying when I told them I had been before. When I asked for the woman's name she covered her name tag and refused to give me her name. From what I could see, her name was Theresa Jeziman and her attitude and lack of professionalism was unacceptable.

::Better than the other Acela waiting area, but as others have said there isn't much else on offer here besides a quieter area, a conference room and some minor snacks and soft drinks.
