  Poor communication, even worse quality of work, and most of all their prices were INSANE!!!! It's bad when an amateur homeowner can produce better quality than a "educated professional". This would be the worst possible choice for anyone (commercial or residential) to go with whether you're remodeling or building new. Craig cares about only himself, not the customer, and sends his uneducated minions out to do his bidding. Good luck if you decide to use this clown.
