  Don't bother. Convenient because in Longfellow but just a mess. Dropped off wash and fold on Monday and called today that my dirty laundry was returned because machine was "broken." I was charged for it - refund pending. 4th time this has happened. Long time customer constantly disappointed with lost shirts and delayed deliveries. Never once offered any good will gesture or credit.

  Zero stars!! Stay away from this place its trash lost my clothes twice bad business wont refund me either

  This place is the absolute worst. Never deliver on time, shirts have come back with new stains and stretched and more recently they lost a pair of suit pants that only needed to be pressed. The worst part about this is Maria (the manager) refuses to call me and the associate at the counter refuses to call her so I may speak with her. She also does not have a work number or an email. Additionally the women at the counter said a lot of other people’s clothes are missing too so your not the only one. This is a shady operation and awful customer service. Avoid this place at all costs! Take a look at the better business bureau rating if you do not believe me. Hopefully someone reaches out to address my problem and I can share the resolution with everyone.

  if I could give zero starts I would -- I have had a truly terrible customer service experience with cloudberry. I dropped a jacket off in May. After a month of going in every day to see why they still couldn't return it to me, they finally admitted that they had gotten an ink stain on it that they could not get out. I said I wanted to be reimbursed. A week later they informed me that they had miraculously gotten the stain out. But when I received the jacket the stain was still there. At this point it had been six weeks. I requested reimbursement for the jacket. I have been back several times and they have still not offered me a check or given me an update.
