  No hot water and a man manager attitude is ' I don't care' You spending money by separating loads for cold only but you are ended up getting all cold wash!!! What a rip off place !!!

  Same day pickup service and consistent quality care although I did find someone else's clothes in my bag once which makes me think how many items I may have lost without knowing.
