::tl;dr: DON’T LIVE HERE I moved into Clinton West in 2021; I didn’t get to tour the building beforehand as it was a rush move for a job. Because of that, my choosing this building relied heavily on the photos on their website and the reviews, which at first glance seem amazing. What they don’t tell you is they frequently offer a variety of prizes to those who leave a positive review online. What you also won’t know based on the website and reviews is that what you’re primarily paying for at this place is location. The building is in a great spot for sure, but all the seemingly good qualities of this place are highly superficial. The reality? The water pressure is a joke. The water filtration is worse. The soundproofing is non-existent, and the AC/heat seems to go out every other week. And I haven’t even touched on the management yet. Apparently they don’t have the time or the interest in returning tenants’ calls or emails. What they do have time for? Putting up flyers advertising their new properties and leaving an info packet about these properties outside of every apartment. They aren’t even subtle about the fact that they don’t actually care about the tenant’s experience, they only want your money. If you want to live in Ohio City, there are plenty of buildings in the area that are a comparable price and offer far nicer amenities and a far more caring staff. Save your money, live literally anywhere else. I cannot wait to move out.

::Just moved in and couldn't be happier. I rented a furnished apartment on a short term lease. The facility, apartment, and the actual furniture is in great shape. Lexi does an awesome job with communication and most of my questions were resolved in less than 24 hours.

::I recently just moved in and absolutely love it! Lexi was so helpful getting me signed up and into the unit that was perfect for me! Everyone in the leasing office is super welcoming and very friendly. Not to mention, the location is great-super close to everything and yet still had a neighborhood vibe. It was a tough choice on where to move, and I’m so glad I picked Clinton West :)

::My friend and I moved into the Clinton West Apartments in July and staying for 3 months. In the 7 weeks that we have been here, we have had the most amazing experience and could not be happier with our choice. The neighborhood is in a perfect location and full of great restaurants- everything is close by and is convenient to walk to. It's safe, clean and the building is beautiful. On top of all this, we LOVE that it is pet friendly :)

::Choosing Clinton West was a great idea. While there was an initial hiccup on move in, things can only go up from there. Matt and Lexi have been more than helpful with any questions or requests I have! The apartments are spacious and quiet. Having your own outdoor space(balcony) is priceless. The neighborhood is great and close to anything you’d like to walk to. I’m happy with this choice. I’ll continue to update my review during my time here.
