  I’m only giving them 2 stars because the front desk lady was nice but I went to go take a screening for hopefully my new job but I get an email saying they lost in transit ?? Come on that’s the worst excuse and they didn’t say how they lost it just a vague email smh.

  Black nurse had an attitude she did very vague evaluation and then said that my pain was all in my head and suggested I go to a different clinic and I came there with chronic chest pain. When I indeed went to a different clinic they found out I had chronic copd something that the black nurse should have known

  Evil staff, front desk Spanish lady has a quirky type of attitude. And her and a black lady with dreads are very conniving. I called over the phone and asked to get blood work done the quirky Spanish front desk girl said yea sure come in and she told me I didn’t need primary doctor approval . When I arrived they had me sign a long computerized tablet . Took like 10 min once I signed it (meaning that they get paid) . They brought me in the room and then told I can’t have blood work done I have to go to primary. Meanwhile they told me over the phone I didn’t need too. They were both laughing as I was leaving. Never meant a clinic so thirsty for money and don’t even care about their patients.

  I started going to thisburgent care for a little bit. I wa seeing the nurse pracritioner there. She was nice. Only problem i went in today for a follow up. They wanted me to pay $100 deductablw whixh i was nevsr informed about. The professional nurse knew i was out of my meds but didnt carw. I was told to either pay the deductable or go else where. I thought that was unprofessional and rude if you ask me. And yes i will go to my primary care doctor that takes better care of her patients. Thanks for all your help.

  This has been one of the best Urgent Care experience that I have ever encountered. The staff and the quality of care was very nice. I walked in with severe symptoms and I was treated in a short period of time. There was no long wait and the providers treated me with the highest standards. I would highly recommend this Urgent Care. I give it a all around 5 star rating.
