  Called after receiving a sky high estimate on a replacement board for my ac/heat blower motor. After a few questions, William said he could come and fix/replace the board at 1/2 the price quoted by the other company. He wouldn't leave until he verified everything was working. He's my new ac go to guy, you don't have to pay more for less!

  I had a critical situation with my AC on one of the hottest and most humid days of the year. William came out within an hour of my call and resolved my problem at a reasonable price. Later that day another problem developed, and he returned promptly and fixed the problem at no additional charge. Thanks again William! I highly recommend you call him not only for repairs when things go bad, but also for routine preventive maintenance, as well as new systems.

  4:45pm on 5/27/2016 and Westbound Green Oaks in South Arlington the truck for this company was driving so fast and the driver was texting. His truck was completely full of AC equipment which was not tied down. It was extremely dangerous. He came up next to me, revving his engine while still on his phone, until he could get around the car ahead of us.

  I called Climate Experts when my AC was acting up and just stopped working intermittently. I was expecting an awful bill and I'm sure an AC guy of less integrity would've taken advantage of my situation. But in my case they were able to charge me only for a routine maintenance. I like to watch service people when they come to my house. It was clear that William is a very skilled professional. He even took the time to explain everything he was doing to me, which as a do-it-yourself guy was very cool. It was a great experience. Great job!

  I highly recommend Climate Experts. They have serviced all of my a/c and heating needs for 7 years. I will continue to use them for a couple of reasons. First, it makes sense to support independent business owners. When someone's name and reputation is on the line, you can be sure of honest prices and prompt, professional service. In my experience, they have held this to the highest standard. The second reason is trust. Sometimes you just don't know what you are getting from a corporate organization sending yet another employee over to your residence. As a family man, I can trust who is entering my house. With a great company, the same people tend to stay around and I have seen this exemplified with Climate Experts. Lastly, it is very refreshing to hear the words "this isn't something that you need to address right now, but may want to think about in the near future". It's nice to do business with an expert not just someone after your money.
