  It's a FREE parking structure accessible to the public on Front St. Unfortunately, it's not well-maintained. There are grocery plastic shopping bags tied with garbage inside lying all along the seashore 🌊. Nonetheless, that won't keep this place from being packed next Monday, May 28th, 2018 for Fleet Week on Memorial Day. - Noticeable from normal moving traffic, - FREE public parking, - Wheelchair ♿ accessible entrance, - Wheelchair ♿ parking accessible, - No FREE public restroom, - No maintenance staff on site, - No a good place to bring the kids, Some people barbecue alongside their RVs. Hopefully there are also cleaning up after themselves. It could've been such a great place to barbecue or camp if it were kept well-cleaned. Personally, I wouldn't have any picnic here nor recommend anyone to do so because of the trash left behind by previous campers. The 2-stars is for the FREE parking.
