  I am a consultant and visit Cliffside Rehab frequently. If a facility of this type is unfortunately necessary, I would recommend Cliffside. The staff is professiional, knowledgeable, kind and caring. The nurses know all their patients well and do their utmost to give the patients a personal touch while administering the best medical care possible. The administrator is an excceptional person, intelligent, professional kind and caring. He makes a point of addressing the issues and concerns of not only the patients, their families but his staff as well. I hope a nursing home will never be needed but if it is, Cliffside is the place.

  I have a lot of appreciation for everyone at Cliffside. I was nervous at first, but after getting to meet and know the great nurses, therapist, adminstration, and lots of other departments staff, I was very relieved and knew that Cliffside was the perfect place . Even when issues came up (as they always will), people were happy to discuss it and take care of things. Having the vent unit and dialysis in the same building was a major benefit. I unfortunately don't have the need to keep on visiting, but I'll always appreciate all their help.

  My community and I are sooo appreciative of the care my uncle receives at Cliffside Nursing Home. They pay close attention to his needs which is very important to us. Recently, we had an important religious convention in Atlanta which my Uncle wished to attend. It was a massive undertaking for my community given that he is soo sick. However the staff at the Cliffside Nursing Home were very understanding of the significance of this event, especially the social workers (Pat & Mary) and respiratory therapist Stuart who helped us with organizing this trip. My Uncle was able to go to Atlanta and return safely. We want to thank each and every one of the staff members who supported us and helped make his wish come true! :)

  If you love your loved ones and want to see them alive, please DO NOT bring them into this hell house. The place is dirty. Rude and nasty staff. Worst of all my mother was on vent and they had dropped her from the bed while transferring her into another room without the family’s consent. Which is disgusting. I’m surprised this place is still open. They should be shut down. I can’t explain the horrific experience I had with my mother here. The doctors and the nurses and under qualified. Can’t speak proper english, very hard to understand what they are saying. Social worker also very rude. The place smells so bad as if a rat died in there. I request you not to bring your loved ones here.

  Words cannot express how appreciative and blessed our family is with our experience enrolling mom and dad into the Cliffside Residence. We have entrusted Cliffside with our parents for the many years and have not had a bad experience or any issues that have not been resolved. Cliffside's social workers, nurses and health aides have provided us a sense of comfort and confidence that our love ones are well cared for. Overall the professionalism, friendliness and caring services are much appreciated. Thank you.
