  The customer service was fantastic but the best thing about our stay was meeting Angela from the MClub. We stayed here because we are in the process of getting a double lung transplant at Cleveland Clinic. During this difficult time Angela went out of her way DAILY offering encouragement and compassion. She definitely left a positive impression and we will stay here again for our next appointment. Keep it up Angela! You truly make a difference in people’s day/life.

  The hotel shower was fantastic. Very clean and comfortable. No one made our beds or turned down bed for that matter. Love the atmosphere around the hotel/city. My son and I asked for water from the bar after our walk. We both stood there and bartender gave us one water to share when there was two of us. Didn’t know water was scarce. It’s not like we didn’t pay enough for our stay. Ummm, maybe another hotel might attend to customers much kindly.

  Nice hotel. The service was the best. Jose, or maybe his name was Calvin was absolutely top notch! He went above and beyond and had a stellar attitude. Fadelle with valet was super friendly and provided assistance immediately. The staff at the Great Room bar was also super personable and friendly. The room was a bit small but was cozy. We stayed here for a Browns game. It's about a 10 minute walk to the Stadium. Didn't have any issues during our stay! Super quiet weekend!

  Wow! First time to Cleveland and I am loving this hotel and area! We have a beautiful room #2518 it’s got an amazing view & super comfortable sheets / beds & pillows. Clean and spacious room, awesome bar and lounge area downstairs. Beautiful spa with very professional and skilled massage therapists. Steam room and quiet tea relaxation room. Will definitely be back to stay here again! Friendly and welcoming staff too! When my flight was delayed due to weather they even gave us a 4:00 check out - so helpful! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

  Very nice hotel. M Club had nice breakfast and so did the bar. Had corner room overlooking stadium and lakefront. Lots of people in hotel and all very nice. Will return here. Lots to do and see in downtown area!
