  Many of my friends have been asking me about this place and practice i have been so passionate about. I always struggle with the answer. It is virtually impossible to define what Cleanse USA is with a couple of words. But i know one thing. Never before has my body and my soul felt this good. I joined Cleanse after years of membership at regular gyms. I have moved a lot across the USA and have had access to many facilities. Really good ones, known for their effectiveness , customer service , implementing latest discoveries about the human body into training programs. I was never satisfied. I felt that just lifting weights to look good is stupid if it doesn’t really stand for something. I looked like i could climb a wall effortlessly but i couldn’t. I didn’t feel mobile and didn’t feel that my body could do much. On top of that , i felt that if i really wanted to feel the way I’d like i would have to spend 3-4 hours at the gym between cardio, weights , stretching. I didn’t have the time and the will. I left beat, my mind couldn’t relax and i felt stiff. Everything changed for me with Cleanse. I felt as if i were that kid again that plays around , really doesn’t think about the movement but is so active. I began to enjoy the act of moving , began to feel the tremendous difference , my body became loose and wanted more. More complex, more challenging, more fun. I love that there is no boring set structure. Chris and his team tailor the practice to your needs. Before , On my way to the gym i knew there were gonna be planks, mountain climbers, lounges etc. The practice at Cleanse is full of surprises and it is such a joyous process. Surprisingly , it has been through this seemingly effortless program that my body has been pushed the most. It’s a wondrous juxtaposition : i don’t feel that it’s a workout but i am sore and tired as never before. My body is stronger and i see results i never saw before , only this time it’s only a by product. I feel healthy, my back pain is a thing of the past and my mood is great. Another aspect that sets Cleanse apart is how things work there. Chris is extremely flexible. I feel that Cleanse is open non stop, there are days i could only come at 6:30 am before work and it wasn’t a problem. Other times i was surprised to be able to drop by at 9 pm and see the house full. Weekends are perfect there too. No excuses. You won’t even need them once you figure out what Cleanse will do for you. Allow me to say this : i am not joking when i say it’s addictive. Now, as i mentioned earlier, i have moved a lot. When i started at Cleanse i was new to the area and felt lonely to be completely honest. I must say i heard and read great things about Cleanse before i joined but i didn’t expect how much the decision would impact my social life. I met some of the most amazing, open, real people there. There is no competetion and such a great sense of community there. Sometimes i just like coming to work out because i know i will be surrounded by so much positivity . I really really am in love with this place !!
