  Had been using this dry cleaner for approximately 7 years without complaint. We brought some drapes in to have them dry cleaned. They washed the drapes because they believed they were sheets. Understanding that mistakes happen, I went in to discuss this with the owners. After explaining the situation, the owner literally started screaming at me and didn't stop the entire rest of the time I was there. She told me that she had never made a single mistake in her life. It was utterly insane. I will not return.

  Absolutely terrible alterations--they ruined my skirts (uneven seams, just sowed a loop in the waistband instead of removing excess fabric) and dresses (uneven seams and did not remove excess fabric from where it was tailored in). Then they refused to provide me with any discount or reimbursement. Do not take your stuff here! I will not be going back.

  Okay....I didn't even get in the door. Why? Because i I called ahead to find out more about their services and the woman who answered the phone was impossible to understand and then she started talking to somebody else while she was on the phone with me. I did understand one thing she said...."we not responsible for what happens to dress we hem." DONE.

  Took in a shirt to be cleaned, and a pair of pants to be hemmed. Shirt was cleaned and ready on time. Nothing spectacular, but everything you'd want from dry cleaning. The pants were very well done. Stitches were even and well-sewn. Looks good, and looks like they'll stay in.
