  A very pleasant laundry service. Moved to the neighborhood 5 months ago love the 99c wash day laundry wash for cheap who can beat that and basically even on the regular days the machines are 1.60 for small 3.55 medium and 4.60 large . Staff very friendly lovely conversations with all attendants . Yet to have a bad moment .

  I normally go around 3am. It's not crowded at that time and close to my house. The staff here at this time is very helpful. It's a small, clean, comfortable setting. There's seating and tv entertainment available while you wait. There's folding stations available, as well as laundry drop-off service.

  Here's why this place is not good: 1) You have to buy one of those cards to use it. 2) The card machine only takes cash, no change, and no credit/debit cards. 3) The card machine declined every single dollar bill I had on me. I really wanted to use it. I tried. And I failed. I will continue to walk down to the one on Hawthorne & Nostrand, by my old apartment. It is well-lit and they have a change machine.

  Compared to the options much closer to my home, this one seems the best. I'm a very nervous and shy person, so maybe that comes across in a way that made people there more kind and helpful. I've only been twice, but respectful patience and mindful courtesy was appreciated and returned in kind.
