  Advertised as a “free” soap “free” dry facility. I go in there to do my laundry like I regularly would. They package soap in 4oz sauce containers. I asked for two containers for the largest load. Go back to ask for one more as those take three(3) to be approached by “we can’t keep giving you soap”. Nothing in America is free, so since when does paying $8.85 to wash clothes equate to me begging for soap? lol.

  Great laundry enployees are very kind they offer free detergent and free dryers great place to do laundry

  If I could give it 0 stars I would. We just moved to a new neighborhood and my husband took our laundry to their drop off service. He picks up the laundry and as I’m putting it away I notice a set (towel and rag) of my Ralph Lauren towels were missing. Kind of strange that it was a set and not a random rag but whatever. These people have talked around it and avoided calls and given my husband the run around instead of returning my stuff. They completely get the side eye and will never again get our business.

  I've been a steady customer here even though there is no sign stating you can't spilt your ticket, not everyone has the total amount.. U had an emergency and I didn't have the total amount for my clothes.. of $60.34... I'm willing to pay half and the other have in 3 days... I needed my uniform to go to work, The boss lady said no... now I have to risk my job in not coming in for 3 days... She would not take the $30.34 in which I had... Very unprofessional, the conduct there.... UNBELIEVABLE.... no courtesy...
