  Too expensive. They raise their prices every year and even though you get to dry for free, the price of the wash more than makes up for what they lose on the dry. On top of that, the service is usually bad. Most of the attendants are rude and not very willing to help you if they don't have to. Two examples: i wanted two containers of soap and asked one of the attendants because the second one was talking with a customer but he told me to speak to her. Had to wait for almost 5 minutes while he stood there folding clothes. It would have taken him a few seconds to do that. On a separate occasion, one of the machines were malfunctioning and I was overcharged over $8. I told one of the attendants and she just plainly told me she couldn't help me and that it wasn't possible. She was basically implying that I was lying as if I had nothing better to do. They have business cards of a manager claiming that he wants to hear about concerns but when I contacted him about the issue I got no response. I've been using their services for 5 years and I've slowly seen a decline in the quality of their service but their prices keep climbing. It's almost $4 for the smallest machine. And now I know for a fact that other nearby laudromats are cheaper even if you have to pay for the dry. I'm switching!

  I decided to review this place differently. Since I’ve been a customer for a while now. I’m just going to point out 20 of the craziness in this place since, puppy talk isn’t working. 1. Only good about this place is, it’s 24hrs. 2. All the great friendly workers no longer exist. 3. Packed of homeless people. 4. FREE SOAP IS COMPLETELY WATERS DOWN. 5. Bathroom is terrible. 6. Workers now are all senseless. 7. Prices go up by the week, if you going to increase prices then increase washing time or something. Come on we have to gain something too. 8. Card machines only but workers refuse to help other who have no ideas how to load their cards( I’ve helped a few on my own) 9. Complained to one worker about a dryer that stained my white clothing rusty, he told me he was the supervisor, BS .... he was very senseless.. workers need to stop thinking by saying they are supervisors, we should shut up. 10. Workers complain by saying not getting paid enough to do certain things. 11. Softener sections don’t work, have to stand and wait until the machine says 11 mins left to add water to softener section. 12. Dryer sheets cover the floors. 13. Female old worker who refuses to use a broom, or clean up. 14. Very very hot in the summer, fans are useless. 15. Coupons only for people who do drop offs. 16. Large loads washes faster than small loads. 17. Machines smells like farts. 18. Drunks and the homeless taking bathes in the bathroom. 19. No empty gallons, and u will need one if u want softener in your clothes. 20. No more paper towels or cleaner for the extremely dirty folding tables. DID I MENTION FREE SOAP IS NOW ALL WATER?? So please don’t be fooled.... Note: I apologize in advance owner for this review but I think it’s time things get pointed out directly. I appreciate your business but please appreciate me as a customer. Value my money and well being for my family clothing that I wash in your machines. Please question yourself if u would wash your clothing in a place that has so much terrible reviews? Make your business a better place and customer will stay, including myself. Also hire respectful friendly employees......., habits, weight, race or age doesn’t matter, but personalities does. PS: thanks for bringing back hot water. 😉 Thanks again In advance. Respectfully, Your weekly customer. Update: ....... Friday March 30th appx 9:40pm Once again I went to this place, excited about the changes with soap, bathroom and floor situation. However new staff again, this time it was a “supervisor “ whom refuses to tell me her name. Best description: she had a long weave. Anyways, she had the worst attitude ever. I asked her for soap,she shaked her head saying u going to used up all my soap, then had to nerve to rolled her eyes, when I said that was not called for she complained saying she been there since 8am. Then went on to make the point that she was a supervisor. Owner don’t give people overtime if they are going to complain. Very nasty person. Rude to others. Facial expressions are very childish. Supervisors are supposed to represent you. She doesn’t deserve that title. Disgrace of a human.

  Been going here since they first opened.. Kenisha and Mary are the best yet.. very friendly and helpful..

  Excellent service and my clothes are always very clean and it smells awesome and they also use hot water! Everytime i come to this location the new supervisor christine is always courteous and nice also eric has been wonderful every time i come in i see improvements each time

  01/24/2018 Guys!!!! Find another place and do your laundry their. Because this is my second time coming and thinking that they have improved their service and machines, but looks like it’s even got worse than the last time. Their machines run for 20 minutes and don’t even get rid of the water too. Doesn’t clean at all no matter how much detergent you are putting in. There is no hot water, whatsoever, period. Their hot water pipe line busted. They have one lady working and she is not able to keep it clean because it’s a huge place. Machines are dirty and filthy too. I’m trying to help you guys and the rest is up to you. I can’t believe I found out after I have started the machines.😤😤😤
