  They lost my linen pants a day before a wedding (after I explained I needed them the next day for a wedding I was assured it would be ok). The man went out of his way to try and bring them back that night (after closing) but couldn't find them. Was promised they would make it up to me. Came back a couple weeks later and the man was out. Lady found my pants but tried to make me pay for them. I told her what the man had said and she just rolled her eyes and tried to keep the pants. I took them and told her this seemed like the opposite of "making it up to me" and she said "good luck with another dry cleaner." Horrible customer experience.

  Great cleaner, honest owners. The gentlemen (who seems to be there most of the time) is top notch. I've seen some unfavorable comments about the lady - but she is very friendly and open if you are friendly to her as well. Definitely give this place a try.

  Great family owned business. The only place to go to in Greenpoint.
