  Morning staff is ok. A lot of machines of all sizes. The guy at night HAS to be a family member of owner I don't know how he's still there. The guy is very unprofessional, ghetto and very rude to all clients. Very bad rep for this franchise. Lost a faithful client of 6 Years.

  The machines are old . The staff can use some edicate classes on how to service customers. Mainly, almost a third of the machines don’t work or need to be serviced .

  The large machines do not have a working display. I had 36 dollars on my card and the machine charged me twice. I realized it when I started my small machine. I rushed over to the manager and forgot to put soap in the small machine. The manager charged me to restart my small machine so I could put soap in the wash. She is loud and rude and does not know how to treat a customer. No problem for me I don't argue, I'll just go spend my money somewhere else.

  The worst laundromat ever.. every time I go to do laundry the manager has only one side open. I just went in and there was only one machine available and Manager would not allow me to use the other side. She's rude & nasy, So I had to leave. Not the first time I go there but won't be returning again. This laundromat is losing lots of customers and business.

  This place is managed horribly. For more than a year half of the business has been out of order leaving only a handful of working washers and dryers. The workers act oblivious to the fact that 20 people are standing around waiting for 1 washer or dryer. How dumb can you be to announce to a crowed room that one washer will be done in 3 minutes. Stupid stupid stupid. This place needs to get its act together. Bad management Stupidly oblivious employees Crowded crowed crowed Broke down business.
