  I had a family court matter with my children’s father and we were to the point of settling. Through the entire process he had an attorney and I did not. In order to come to some type of final settlement before going to trial I knew I needed to seek legal representation, so my search began. I wanted to a minority female attorney, which I began my search. I happened to send an email to Claudio and Associates, scheduled a consultation. From my consultation I knew she was the correct attorney for my situation. Ms. Claudio handled my case with ease and poise. My children’s father did his best to make me out to be the villain but Ms. Claudio had my back. We were able to settle with me getting 99% of what I wanted. Ms. Claudio and her staff are wonderful. Highly recommended!!!

  I had a family court case and had gone through 3 lawyers, 2 court appointed and 1 paid and I wasn't happy with any of them. I could tell that the judge and all the other attorneys in my case including the attorney for my child and the fathers attorney tried to make me look crazy because I changed lawyers 3 times. But something wasn't right and I knew I had to find the right lawyer. We were dealing with my child - I would do anything to protect him. So I met with Ms. Claudio after researching her online and I immediately noticed that she listened and that she cared and that no matter what she would do everything she could to help me protect my child and actually represent me with compassion and not dismiss my concerns. I am happy that I retained her and glad to have her in my case - I will definitely be referring all my family and friends to her. I finally have peace of mind.

  I wasn't getting consistent child support from my ex and I was extremely frustrated with the process. I filed petition after petition with the help of the family court clerks and each time I went to court I never got the results I believed I deserved. I finally decided to get the money together to hire a lawyer. Best decision I ever made. I hired Claudio & Associates and Ms. Desiree Claudio gave me such a thorough consultation I knew I had to hire her. She made such a great argument for me in court on the first appearance that I was able to get my child support very quickly. I am very happy with this firm and will definitely be using them for all of my legal issues.

  When I decided to finally get my divorce, I didn't know where to go. I found Claudio & Associates after doing some searching and meeting with other lawyers. I knew I found the right attorney. Ms. Claudio took her time answering all my questions and even gave me advice on questions I didn't even think about asking but I needed to know. Like how to prepare for a refinance of our house and how to think about assets and accounts. What to do about custody and child support. I also realized right away that Ms. Claudio was actually really knowledgeable about divorce law and even knew the judges well. I liked the fact that she had court experience. I knew she wouldn't be afraid to fight for me. I got the results I wanted. Best decision I ever made was hiring the right lawyer.

  I was facing a very difficult time in my ACS case and the attorney I had was not returning my calls and not answering my questions. I could never get in contact with them. I decided to go to Claudio & Associates and I was so happy that I did. Ms. Claudio always returned my calls and no matter how busy she was she would take her time to explain everything to me after court appearances. There was always someone to answer the phones and the staff was very knowledgable about my case and made me feel like they cared. I will definitely be referring my friends and family who are looking for assistance with their family court cases.
