  Purchased a piano about 2 weeks ago. Peggy was just AMAZING! I told her my budget and was expecting to purchase a used piano but she worked with me and my budget and I was able to take a brand new piano home!! I couldn't be happier! Very happy with my purchase and would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to purchase a piano

  Professional service, great collection and very friendly staff. Peggy was great in explaining Piano features and offering the right price at the beginning itself. We wanted Piano to be delivered home on the same day we bought... But delivery Service company had 3+ days waiting. Their staff arranged to deliver piano on the same day. We liked their customer focus. I would highly recommend them.

  I was blown away by their customer service! Fred Riley is very patient and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to get me the piano and accessories I wanted. He also seemed genuinely in love with music. Don't forget to check out his YouTube demos when you get a chance! After-sales service is also impeccable. From piano delivery to accessories purchases, Hannah, Alex, and Michele were super helpful. Classic Pianos is an absolute great place to shop for a piano. Highly recommended!

  Fred did a great job! We were buying a piano, but we didn't know what type, size, price range. We knew we wanted to hear the right sound, find the one that spoke. Rather than spend a lot of time listening to the salesman, Fred gave us room to listen to the pianos. It helped that in this store several customers were really good players, and the acoustics of the room supported clarity. When we had a question we found Fred and talked it through. Knowledgeable, courteous, worked a win/win deal, and really backed up the sale with customer support. Ad the piano... wow! Thanks be to God.

  Excellent customer service, knowledgeable staff, and big selection. Rick Zackery at Classic Pianos helped us find the right piano for our family. He went over all options and educated us on how a piano works. We didn’t feel pressured to spend more than needed. Completely satisfied with our experience and purchase. Highly recommend! We were sent their by our son’s piano teacher and several friends. They are known as the place to buy a piano in the Portland area.
