  Our taste testing was not a pleasant experience, at all. Dana had an attitude from the beginning and the meat was super dry. Save yourself the time and look elsewhere. We received zero follow up after the taste testing. Sales 101 would tell you to follow up with potential customers to lock in the sale. I will never be back. Dana should not be representing the business, plain and simple.

  Had a taste testing here for our wedding. Dana was extremely rude and provided no follow up after the taste testing. Why she is the face of the company providing taste testings and trying to close sales with absolutely no follow up is beyond me. The beef brisket and tri tip steak was extremely dry. Needless to say finding another caterer was an easy decision.

  Food was low on our priorities for our wedding, but we were pretty impressed with the food tasting at Classic Catering. We had carved roast beef and stuffed chicken breast as our entrees. The roast beef was great, but the chicken was more dry than I remember at the tasting. Dana was our main contact throughout the planning process. She was very quick to respond to me every time, which I appreciated, but to say she was “friendly” would be a stretch. My biggest disappointment with this vendor was that they had forgotten to give the head table (four of us) water glasses and napkins, so my husband had to track someone down to get a napkin for me, leaving me nervous that he was missing for so long… They also didn’t have a cake plate for us to put our cake on after we cut it. So, again, my husband had to track them down and we completely missed our cake cutting song. Also during the cake cutting, one of the caterers asked my day-of contact who was to be served which cake. When I told her, she rolled her eyes at me and said it wouldn’t be enough (the bakery told me exactly how much it would serve.) Overall, the food was good (I asked every table and none of them had any complaints) and there weren’t any disasters. Decent enough, but definitely could be better.

  AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! Dana and the staff at Classic Catering catered our wedding last year, and the whole process was so incredibly great. Everything went smoothly from planning our food and the tasting to the day of. People said our food was the best wedding food they'd ever had! We were worried how it would stay hot in transport, but Dana assured us it would be hot when served, and it was! They helped set up before the wedding, and stepping into our venue with everything on the tables was amazing! Super friendly staff and reasonable prices! I can't say enough great things about Classic Catering.
