  Just left this car wash a few minutes ago. Had an exterior wash done with tires and spray wax. Half of the truck was left wet and undried by the employees. Instead they walked away and started working on another car. I actually had to pick up a towel myself from the cart and dry off my truck because no none came back to dry it. Seems pretty crazy because there were only two other cars here at the time. If I wanted to wash/dry my car myself I could have done that for free! Stay away from this place

  UPDATED: 4/8/19 Had our car detailed by Classic Auto Spa today... AMAZING!! Made my appointment yesterday while stopping in for a wash, Tony didn't hesitate to accommodate me (weather is getting nice, it was Saturday, they're DEFINITELY busy, etc) - Tony asked if I could do it tomorrow he had 1 opening & of course I scheduled. ☆☆☆☆☆ !! Car was picked up by Tony this morning, left key for him & it went without a peep to Classic. Tony called me this afternoon to let us know the car would be dropped off in the next hour & there it was, parked in the correct spot (condo living, numbered spots). We were FLOORED at the unbelievable detail to EVERY crack & crevice in our car. Not my first detail - it IS my first with Classic and NO DOUBT they will be the only ones to touch our cars moving forward.... we had no idea how BAD previous "other guy" had done until Classic Auto Spa did a full detail on our car. AMAZING WORK & THANK YOU TONY, TRULY THE BEST!! For the reviewers who didn't have a good experience, I have been going to these guys for 2 or 3 years and only 1 time can I say I had an issue, if you call it that (they forgot to vacuum the trunk) - I reminded the manager and they took my car to the side of the building and not only took care of trunk, he shampooed my mats!!! I highly recommend this place- great prices, professional staff and their detailing service is off the charts great.

  First time there, last time there. Absolute horrible job, interior and exterior. My car was rushed, mats not cleaned and so on. Never had a problem with Urban Auto Spa down the road, lesson learned. If they offer to "take care of it" , I wouldn't even bother

  I came for an oil change, got wipers and something else as well, really trusted Kris's recommendations right off the bat. Would definitely return even though it's not close to home. Nice facilities.

  Fantastic professional mechanics here. I live in the city and will ONLY come out here to have my car serviced. They're kind, honest and understanding of your car situation. If you don't want to change your air filter right now, they won't beat you over the head with it, but if something needs to be done they will let you know. I'm generally anxious about this kind of stuff, but not here. Also you get a free car wash with every oil change :)
