  First time I entered this store I was helped by a great woman who was patient and over the top helpful. When I went in to return a pair of shoes she had shipped to me I had the misfortune of meeting David behind the counter. He was hands down the rudest sales person I've ever encountered. I am not easily rattled (I grew up dealing with NY sales people) but this guy has no business dealing with the public. I honestly had to say "you can stop now" several times to get him to stop berating me for not having my receipt with me. I will never walk into that store again and may never buy from Clarks again. Yup. It was that bad.

  I have been eyeing a pair of the Desert Mali Beeswax boots for sometime. Came to this location and they were out of the style and size I wanted. However, the staff went out of there way to get a pair in from another location, and very prompt at that! What a pleasure and easy process they made it!
