I lived in Clarendon in 2017. It was a great place to live right out of college. The river, downtown, Rivercats stadium, local bars, etc. There was always something to do. Daniel (property manager) was always available when I needed something fixed or looked at. It was a bummer to leave, but wanted to get into a house to avoid the parking trouble.

Great area to live in. Right in the heart of Old Sacramento. Close to shopping and restaurants. Manager was always responsive to requests, easy to talk to. Amenities were very useful such as elevator and laundry room. Patio area was great to sit out and meet neighbors. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to live.

I'm a commercial tenant at Clarendon House. Management is responsive and working hard to make this a pleasant location.

Interior and exterior is badly in need of restoration, typical apartment community, mostly good people but definitely a few less than desirable people, management seems decent.. Parking sucks even if you have a garage pass.

Hands down great place to call home. Brandon is always friendly and helpful when needed. He just had inside painted and looks so nice. I live on top floor facing Joe's Crabshack and have so much fun just people watching. You never hear your neighbors, walls are very thick and stays cool in the summer and warm in the winter. This place is very pet friendly and walking your dogs around Old Sacramento is always an adventure with meeting tourist and dog lovers. Utilities are very low, after 17 months living there I have barely used my AC/Heater. Many of the stores in Old Sac will also give you resident discount, just have to ask. It is so nice to live so close and in walking distance to so many parks, river, events, restaurants and now the new Kings Stadium! Can't say enough good things about Brandon and living at The Clarendon House!!!
