  I took my 12-year-old to get her ears pierced on a Sunday afternoon. The person who helped us was very professional and patient. She has been piercing ears there for 2 years. She took care to make sure that the piercings were exactly where we wanted them and were even. My daughter was nervous, but the person helping us did not rush us and answered all of our questions. Afterwards, my daughter felt that it was a good experience, and she loves her new earrings.

  DO NOT GET YOUR EARS PIERCED HERE! THEY DID A HORRIBLE JOB ON MY EARS AND WORST OF ALL.... MY DAUGHTER'S EARS! NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO HERE!

  The cashier that was closing was very rude and rushed me out to close the store an hour before close. I will never go in here again. Quite rude.
