  I have really enjoyed coming here as a kid, and I still do at some times nowadays. It’s saddening to hear that this store is one of the 100 that is most likely closing down this year. My only complaint about this store is that their prices are pretty expensive and that there’s only one cash register to take care of the many customers that they have had. But I thank this place for making my childhood enjoyable and fun.

  Courtney has the personality of a wounded pit bull. The 2 grown women working there on the day we last visited had little to no patience and continued to rush my 10 yr old daughter almost the entire time my daughter was shopping. They must have said to us 3-4 times "you guys have been here for quite some time, are you almost done yet"? I WAS SHOCKED. My daughter is Not like kids her age who touch everything, move items from place to place, literally she is NOT like most of the other customers in there. She's thoughtful, coinciencious, picks up something if it falls and takes the time to put things back after looking at them, so the fact they would be so pushy with her really bothers me. Im not sure the extact time but there were at least 30 to 45mins before the mall closed on that Thurs...We ended up going to H&M after and tried on school clothes, no one rushed us there. She dropped $35+ at Claire's and didnt get a "thank you", "have a nice night" , nothing.. Honestly the past sales girls have never been anything like that, but the 2 grown women that night should be working somewhere more age / patience appropriate for their. Considering everything in there is over priced junk from over seas its hard to believe parents condone buyinh

  I absolutely love Claire's! They've got everything they have ear cuffs, I got a crown! They have earring they have chokers and even little flower crowns! I got my ears pierced there years ago and at first it bleed if I put earrings too tight but I gave it time and it's all good now :D

  i went to get my third hole pierced and my cartilage in both ears. i understood they can get infected so i cleaned them everyday multiple times. and 4/4 of the holes got infected. i'm not pleased. the lady should have been more sanitized. i told the lady that i'm allergic to fake ear rings and she gave me silver, pretty sure that was fake or else all my holes wouldn't have gotten infected
