  I order 11 items online n only received 9 I call to see when they are goin to send my other items I was told I have to wait until a manager look it over them someone will call me back n 24 to 48 hours n I never got a call back

  I went in the store on May 24, 2017, I walked in and the lady that was working there never greeted me, she never asked me if I needed help with anything she proceeded to put the jewelry back on the rack. As I am still looking at earrings I WAS going to purchase I noticed she was standing behind me just watching me as if I was going to steal something. I immediately put back what I had planned on purchasing and left the store. I WILL NEVER GO IN THAT CLAIRE'S AGAIN. SHE MADE ME FEEL VERY UNCOMFORTABLE! On top of that I had a VS bag in my hand so I CLEARLY was not trying to steal. And I will be sure to post this on both of my Facebook Accounts so that people know not to shop there!

  The lady was very nice and personal she asked us several times if she could help us with anything even cracked a few jokes I'm going back to get my naval piercing jewelry

  Incredibly rude staff. We actually left as we were nervous to let her pierce our ears after she bullied us. Mind you I'm a 31 year old adult...
