  I went to this store last night at 905p..as the website states 930p its closing. I really needed a last minute headpiece as my co worker and I decided on a costume for today Halloween. I literally hustled my way from work to that store.At the entrance of the store which is In green acres mall btw, the gates were 3/4 down and the associate was closing the 1 of the 2 registers they have.. I told her I urgently need just 2 pieces as I saw you all have it in store.. she said they are closed! And her register is closed.. Again they close 930p.. and this is 905p.. she turned me away and said No! If you all are advertising your closing 930p then ur register shouldn't be closed or the gates down. Recovery should be done around this time and at 920 register should be closed to accommodate your late customers needs.. Your in a mall environment and your store hours are there in place to provide excellent customer service and convenience . So disappointed. Not ever going to this store again or even a Claire's as I'm not sure if what's on your website will even be true.

  This store is horribly managed. They don't train their staff well. The staff is rude. The store itself is small and offers a very limited selection.
