  HORRIBLE service. Went for my first trial class and was greeted by a nasty brunette with a short bob-like hair cut. She rolled her eyes at me every question I asked. They were VERY unwilling to answer membership options available. I went in with the intention of signing up to CKO Hoboken that day but after the customer service I received I will never be back. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND anyone thinking to sign up to CKO in the area to visit Jersey City. Everyone there is polite and friendly and do not give attitude when approached by customers. If I could give no stars for CKO Hoboken, NJ .... I would.

  Best, most efficient full-body workout. Hands down. You'll get results quicker than any other gym or fad workout in Hoboken. Note the two reviews tanking the perfect score have nothing to do with working out at CKO Hoboken.

  Well I was enrolled here. I had a one year contract that I completed. Am will start off with the positive comments great instructors and the workout will kick your buns. How ever I felt out place here am Latin and I remember ones I was working out upstairs and the Latin lady from the front desk told me that I had to go downstairs to verify that I was enrolled their. I usually went to the gym that is located upstairs. There was another occasion that this place was empty and at that time a different lady from the office went upstairs to stare at me like I was stealing something. I work for the city. I wouldn't go here for free. These people need to take a course on customer service.

  Two floor gym with fitness kickboxing on one floor and a full size gym on the top floor. The top-floor gym has just about everything you would need, complete with locker rooms (but no showers). It includes one of everything, is a bit retro, and is barely ever crowded.

  I am absolutely addicted to this gym. I started in 2006 with the 10 week program and lost 20lbs within that time. It's almost 10 years now and i haven't looked back. Their workouts are 1 hour full body and will get you in shape quickly. The workouts never get boring and each class is different. This location actually has a full gym for cardio and weights as well. I think they have like 50 classes a week so it fits my schedule perfectly. I highly recommend.
