  I've been going to CKO for almost 3 years, the instructors are always positive. Always push you. theres always music. it's a great work out!

  There's no better place to relieve your stress than to take it out on a heavy bag at CKO. My fiancé and I love the instructors who always push you to the limits. When you workout music is played by the instructor which can vary depending on the person. Our favorite instructor is Megan who is always encouraging and has the best music. My only complaint is that I sometimes can't make the last scheduled class as I work in the city (Times Square area) and the slow commute keeps me from showing up on time.
