  Bad costumer service specially if you don't tip that guy..he'll remember when you come back for next service...

  Disappointed Customer I took my truck to their shop because I had an issue with it sometimes losing power and the brakes locking up. The shop owner and Chris, the shop manager both told me what they thought the problem was and gave me a $1000 estimate for repairs. I went ahead and gave them the ok to fix what they thought the problem was. I got my truck back later on in the afternoon, and not even a day later it was doing the EXACT same thing that I took it in for. I returned it back to them, and they had it for most of the day. I got it back from them several hours later and drove it for a couple of days, and the problem still continued. I took it back again, and they told me that I needed to spend additional money for parts and labor on top of the thousand dollars I already gave them but in the meantime, he could bypass again what he thought might be causing the problem which he said was the ABS/Traction Control. I refused the additional labor but told him to bypass it. That seemed to work for a couple of weeks until the issue returned yet again. At that moment I decided that I was no longer taking it back to them to spend more money. I'm upset that they charged me all that money in the first place just to have the same problem. I ended up purchasing a new vehicle because I needed reliable transportation. I will no longer do business with CJ Auto on Flamingo and Boulder Highway.
