  So, I was skeptical about this place because I had seen bad reviews however I gave them a chance anyways. I drove up I was meant by nice customer service and I told them what I wanted done in my car they told me how much it would cost me and I was okay with the price. When they told me my car was ready I looked at my car on the inside and out and I was amazed my car looks brand new and my car is 9 years old!! They did a very nice wonderful job!! The reason for a 4-star rating instead of a 5-star rating is because the one single thing they forgot to do was to clean the inside of my back windows my children leave fingerprint on the insides of the back windows and when I pulled away from the car wash those fingerprints were still there but outside of that they did a very wonderful job.

  Paid almost $90 for detailing and it literally looks the same from when I dropped it off. Very lazy workers

  WORST CAR WASH EVER.If I could give zero stars I would. I honestly don’t know how this place stays in buisness with the horrible customer service I just received. Conrad and James were beyond rude and disrespectful. I paid for a basic wash and vacuum that was $15. I assumed that that included a basic while down like they give at my usual place University Car wash (seriously the best in town). When I was called to my car the inside had no basic whipe down and did not to appear to have been vacuumed well so I asked if it could be redone and they replied “no” I grabbed a rag from their bin and proceeded to whipe down the inside of my car myself where the man James proceeded to argue with me and tell me I Couldn’t use the rag because I didn’t pay for it.James was Yelling at me so loudly that people were staring who were waiting for their vehicles and saying “No baby you can’t do that”and “you can’t tell me what to do” when I spoke the the Manager Conrad he started laughing when I told him I won’t be called “Baby” or be disrespected. I advise anyone who truly values good customer service to never step foot into this car wash. The do a terrible job at cleaning your car and moreso have the most blatantly horrible people in a managerial positron. To be honest I’m not even mad that they said that I couldn’t used the rag or cleaner on my own.... I can’t belive these two men would talk to a customer in the way they did. Will stick to my usual Spot where the waiting room is beautiful and he people are nice over at University Car Wash on University.

  I left 1 star because, 0 stars was not an option. They meet you with a smile and then take your money, after that you're at their mercy! I had a horrible experience my last time here and spoke to a manager. Brought my truck in for a detail and watched it sit for 45 min without anyone touching it after it came out if the tunnel. Then, they proceeded to park another truck in front of mine that and arrived after mine, and start working on it. When I pointed it out to a manger, he basically called me a liar stating he would have to look at the video. After looking at the video, he came out of the office and said I was correct but never apologized or anything!! They finished my vehicle 2hrs after I arrived, when I was initially told 30 to 45 min!! Well dumb me, came back giving them the benefit of a doubt and low and behold if the ALMOST EXACT SAME THING didn't happen again!! Sitting here going on 2 hrs, writing this review kicking myself! Well, lesson learned Cityview, you lost another customer today. They probably don't even read these reviews but hopefully somebody will actually get through to them one day, YOU'RE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!

  This place sucks! It used to be one of the best car wash in town! Not only did they raise the prices! But they get crappier staff! For $20 wash and $5 dollar tip I expect my car to be spotless! They don’t care. I do not recommend this place. I rather go to a 5 dollar express wash and it would probably come out better.
