The station on the inside as a whole could be cleaner, it's dirty and unkempt. There has been a broken glass panel that has been taped for over 2 months and not replaced yet, unacceptable! And many times numerous escalators are not even running, another unacceptable factor! They want higher fares in August, then improve your services and facilities.

Besides West End, this is my least favorite train station. There is not enough security and the elevators never work. At least one is always out. The elevators smell like urinals and there is no DART staff anywhere to assist people.

Pretty design upstairs, and pretty clean for a train station downstairs. It's one of the more pretty station of Dallas I have seen.

It's trashed. It looks old. It smells like urine in the elevators, escalators, and on the platform. The announcements for train arrivals are attempted to be timed to give you enough time to run down and still make it, but on northbound blue line trains that's not the case. There's NO PUBLIC RESTROOM ON AN INDOOR TRAIN STATION? Beware, when there's no security officer visible, and the conditions are right, criminal activity does occur due to the delay in calling 911. There is no cell phone service beyond the first set of stairs down in the station. (I wonder how GoPass Tap will work in the future with no service). No WiFi available either. Not even a vending machine.

This station is underground directly below a building called Cityplace. There's lots of escalators and it's usually clean. Def the best stop to wait at on a cold, rainy day for transfers between blue/red/green/orange.
